Focusing on tenant experience and operational efficiency without sacrificing service.

OPEX Management was created to bring to owners, investors and lenders a management company that takes a bottom-line approach. Working together for over 10 years, our founders became experts in this approach: Focusing on tenant experience and operational efficiency without sacrificing service while possessing an Asset Management mindset. What they found was properties and their managers succeed the most when viewing the asset from the ownership’s perspective.
